To know Annette was an adventure. Her spirit filled whatever room she entered and her smile was unforgettable. She resided between Massachusetts and Tennessee all her life and was always in the company of family.

Annette always rooted for the under dog, for the wanderer, for the lost trying to find their way. For who she loved, she loved fiercely, and to be loved by Annette was to know the passion she possessed within her. She was never one to be a follower, and she loved her children with all of her heart as well as the rest of her family.

She is survived by her children Kristina Cardona and her husband Xavier Cardona of New Bedford MA, her son Brett Bumpus of Michigan, her daughter Desaree Cockrell and her husband Noah Cockrell of Murfreesboro, TN. and her daughter Destanee Odom and her husband Steven Odom of Summertown TN.

Annette was from a very large close knit family that lives in both mass and also in Tennessee. She is predeceased by both of her parents, Esther Bumpus and her husband Donald Bumpus. She is also predeceased by 2 sisters,  Linda Ortega and Donna Viera, and her brother Gator Bumpus.

She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, siblings; Bob Bumpus, Donald Bumpus, Ronald Bumpus, Cheryl Bumpus, and David Bumpus, as well as countless nieces, nephews, and friends that became family over the years.

A gofund me has been set up to help with the financial hardship a funeral brings, as well as to try to raise money for her cremation and a celebration of life that will be held at a later date.
