Atlas was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers Davis Lee Kelly, Charlie Oldham and Robert White, great-grandmothers Linda Kelly and Terry White, great aunt Linda Kelly, great uncle David Rivers, great great grandmother Ruth Jenette Rowe, and grandfather Robert Ray Riggan

He is survived by his father Elijah Kelly, mother Alyssa Lackey, grandmother Carol Riggan, great grandmother, Jackie Riggan, sister Amarianna Kelly uncles Toby Lackey, Isiah Kelly, and Lorenzo Kelly, aunts Kelexis Riggan and Nicole Kelly, and cousins, Sadie Woods, Leahanna Porter, Camden Marshall, and Jayden Lackey.
