Connie Joyce Simms passed away within the company of family January 2, 2023.  She was born in Cincinnati, OH February 1, 1950.

Connie was a follower of Christ, loved her family and being outdoors.  She enjoyed plants and yard work and sometimes would offer a little yard work advice to family whether they wanted it or not.

Connie was preceded in death by her father Joseph Simms; mother Juanita Simms; brothers Joseph Simms, Russell Simms, and Robert Simms; grandson Jonathan Griggs.

Connie is survived by her sister Tampa Simms; daughters Patricia Creech and Michelle Jones; grandchildren Michael House, William Griggs, Timmy Mix, Sarah Mix, and Brandy Bird; great grandchildren Madison Shamlin, Jonathan Griggs, Connor House, Ryan Mix, Curtis Williams, Isabella Griggs, and Cadalyn Bird.
