Darlene JoAnn Turner, age 63, of Smyrna, TN, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at her home.

Darlene was born December 17, 1959. She was raised in Tampa, FL, daughter of the late Myron and Joann Melnick.

Darlene worked 35 years at Ingram as an Accounts Payable Manager. She was a dedicated worker, loving mother, and a wonderful grandmother. She loved being a Gammy and enjoyed playing with her grandson and being with her family.

She was an incredibly clever person, loved puns and wordplay, and all the shiny things. She enjoyed all things creative; playing her flute, quilting, crocheting, and cross stitch being some of her favorite hobbies.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, and her dog Titan.

Darlene is survived by her siblings Don Melnick and Corinne Denton; daughter Kristen Fisher and son-in-law Steven Fisher; grandson Kody Fisher; and many friends who will greatly miss her.
