Darryl Martin passed from this life to the next November 16, 2023.  He was born January 26, 1963 in Murfreesboro, TN.

Seize the day! That is what Darryl did. He lived life.  He smiled.  Darry laughed. Darryl loved to spend his time with family and friends.  He enjoyed fishing, dancing and a plethora of music.  Darryl, like any man, was not a man of perfection, but  a man of faith. He could often be heard having discussions about God.  Darryl was sharp witted and knew how to make people laugh.  "Yeah Boy!" "On a Tray Piece!"  (Those who know him understand!)

Darryl was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Simmons and mother; Gladys Martin; brother Charles Martin; sisters, Annette Martin and Gloria Martin.

He is survived by his sons Darren McMillan and Darryl McMillan; daughters, Keara Jones and Shamiah McMillian; grandchildren Malaysia Cole, Jay'Lyen Cole, A'Zariya Cole, and  Ajayla Cole, Darren McMillian Jr, Darren McGriff, Kamryn McGriff, Kyrren McMillian; two great grand children;  other family members and friends.

Visitation will be at St Luke's Primitive Baptist Church  135 Lewis St, Nashville, TN 37210, November 29, 2023 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm with a memorial service to follow at 1:00pm.
