Denise Danielle Walters DeRoller, born on March 30, 1983, in Antioch, Tennessee, passed away on October 7, 2026. Denise was a member of Rural Hill Church of Christ and a graduate of Ezell-Harding Christian School’s Class of 2001. The family shares deep and meaningful ties with each community. Denise also graduated from The National College of Business and Technology and worked for Allen Printing Company in Nashville. Her favorite hobbies included gardening, painting, crafts and spending time at Long Hunter State Park.

Denise is survived by her two beloved daughters, Liliana (13) and Athena (10). She is also survived by her loving parents, Jamie and Paula Walters—who served as a dedicated teacher at Ezell-Harding for many years—and her brothers Travis (Dorothy), EHCS Class of 1995, and Bret (Lanie), EHCS Class of 1998. In addition, she leaves behind her cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many grieving friends.

A celebration of life service will be held in her memory on November 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Rural Hill Church of Christ, preceded by a visitation at 10:00 AM. The family would like to request everyone to wear the color “blue” to the service in honor of Denise.
