Brandon, a passionate lover of the outdoors, departed this world at the age of 57, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories and a deep appreciation for nature.

Born on January 15th 1966 in Nashville, TN.  Brandon spent his life immersed in the beauty of the natural world. He worked as a hunting and fishing guide for many years allowing him grand adventures throughout the natural beauties of America. Whether golfing, hunting wildlife, or casting a line in search of largemouth bass, he found solace and joy in every moment spent outdoors. Brandon was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, an avid artist, and animal lover.

Brandon was preceded in death by the Father who raised him, James Vernon Lackey and Frank Butler. He is survived by his Mother, Mary Jane Lackey, his Brother, James "Tony" Lackey (married to Melissa O'Brien), his Sister, Mistie R. Lackey, several aunts, uncles, niece, nephew and cousins, who will forever carry the warmth of his memory.

A memorial service is not planned at this time. Brandon wanted his cremains spread at our family farm and in the waters that provided him with so many years of fishing enjoyment. We will do this as a way to capture the spirit of a man who found peace and fulfillment in the great outdoors.
