This is Amanda. I have written an obituary for Marcella Hawkins

Marcella Irene Hawkins went home to be with our heavenly Father peacefully at her home in Lavergne TN. March 12, 2024 at the age of 73. She was born in Alamosa, Colorado on April 18,1950.

Marcella is survived by her siblings Steve, Bernadette, Maggie and Vicki.
Her children, Starr, Al, and Amanda.
Her grandchildren, Eric, Alex, Reyna, Joseph, Logan, Zaylin, Shayla, Phoenix, Dylan, Taylor, Marissa, Kaylie, Promise, Kenny, Kelli-Marie and Caleb.
Her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Vaeda, Emerlyn, Addilyn, Raelynn, Eli, Ava, Elliana, Sophia, Elijah, Cole, Olivia, Oliver and several other family members.
And last but not least her precious pets, Benji Boy, Sable & Sonoia.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Bill, her parents Rose and Steve and her nephew Christopher.

Marcella had a beautiful gypsy soul.
She loved her large family deeply and dearly and opened her loving arms and home to so many.
She wore many hats in life but being a wonderful mother and Nana was her greatest legacy among many others.
She was a self proclaimed story teller who had a deep passion for dance and music. She was also an amazing cook and most famous for her salsa.
Fishing and being near the water was her most favorite past times.
She was a warrior at life, so strong and courageous. Her big beautiful smile lit up every single room.
Her most favorite quotes were "Don't drive faster than your guardian angels can fly" and "Besitos y abrazos".

A celebration of life service will be held at her home, 201 Heritage Circle East in Lavergne TN
on April 20,2024 from 2pm - 5pm.
