Our beloved Nilda C. Vitualla passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital. She was 75 years old. Mrs. Nilda Vitualla was fiercely loved & adored by her family & friends. She was a woman Faith survived by her husband Agustin Vitualla, M.D.; her 4 children & 5 grandchildren, son's Benedict & Dominique Vitualla (grandchild Ariel Vitualla) and daughters Angelique Hopper (Husband Mitchell, Grandkids: Ciara, Brandt, Eyan) and Claire Parsons (Husband Eric, and Grandson Devon Porcher). She was preceded in death by her parents: Father, Venerando Pilapil Cabatingan Sr and Mother, Rosario Tagalog Cabatingan. Also preceded in death by brother Romarico T. Cabatingan & Sister Tieda C. Singh….. Survived by Siblings brothers: Geraldo T. Cabatingan, Dean T. Cabatingan, Venarando T. Cabatingan, Jr. and sister Maria Cielo C. Acosta….and a host of other family members scattered around the world.

Her life was centered around her family and would always help anyone in need. She was a wonderful cook, enjoyed bowling, playing mahjong/card games, and didn't mind dropping a mic for her favorite go to Karaoke song - Careless Whisper by Wham.

An intimate family viewing ceremony will be held 6pm Saturday, September 2nd at Simple Cremation & Funeral Services in Smyrna. There will be a celebration of Life at 916 1/2 Curdwood Blvd, Nashville, TN 37216 at 1pm. At a later date, we will take her home to Liloan Cebu, PhilIppines.
