Ola Janell Phann

Ola Janell Phann, age 59, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, passed away on October 1, 2026, in Shelbyville, Tennessee.

Ola was a homemaker who devoted her life to the people she loved most. She loved her children, family, and friends dearly and treasured every moment spent with them. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cookouts, playing cards, listening to music, and taking drives along the country roads. Ola lived for the simple things in life and found joy in being surrounded by the people she loved.

Ola was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Winters Phann Jr.; her father, M.L. Lemons; her brother, Dale Lemons; and her grandparents, Robert and Mattie Besch.

She will be deeply missed by her three children, Julie Phann of Shelbyville Tn, Matt Phann of Shelbyville Tn, Jessica Blazer of Newark, Ohio; her mother, Clara Thompson of Shelbyville Tn; two sisters, Gina Collier of Shelbyville Tn, Kimberly Lemons of Walterhill Tn; two granddaughters, Haylee Phann and Emily Phann; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Ola's memory will forever live on in the hearts of the family and friends who loved her. Her kindness, love of family, and appreciation for life's simple moments will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Details regarding the date, time, and location will be announced when arrangements are finalized.
