Pamela Alexander, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 25, 1956, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Pamela was a beacon of warmth and kindness to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pamela was the cherished daughter of the late William Everett Porterfield and Minnie Bell Armstrong. She was preceded in death by her beloved sisters Peggy, Judy, and Linda, whose memories she held dear throughout her life.

In 1992, Pamela married the love of her life, Glen M. Alexander, with whom she shared 34 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they raised a son, Austin, who was the light of her life. Pamela's family was her pride and joy, and she was an ever-present source of support and love for her sisters, Sue and Barbara, as well as her nieces, nephews, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.

Pamela was a woman of many talents and interests. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as gardening and fishing, where she could connect with nature and find peace. Her creative spirit shone brightly through her arts and crafts, which she loved to share with those around her. Pamela's hard-working nature was evident in all she did, and she had a special gift for bringing people together, always enjoying the company of others.

Her loving and compassionate spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Pamela was a devoted wife and mother, whose unwavering love was felt deeply by her family. She will be remembered for her kindness, her joyful laughter, and her ability to make every moment special.

Pamela Alexander will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew her. May she rest in peace, knowing she was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
