Patricia Kaye Wright Webb (Meme), age 63, of Norfolk, VA, passed away May 13, 2022.

Meme is survived by her husband, Michael E. Webb, her son Michael P. Webb, her daughter Emily Ann Webb, and five grandchildren.

Meme grew up in Norfolk,VA where she attended Indian River High School. She resided in McMinnville, TN. Meme may have had some struggles, but she lived life to the fullest. She would do anything for anyone and loved the smaller things in life. She made everyone who knew her laugh, cry, and clap at all the stories and jokes she shared. Meme was special, and she touched the lives of every person she crossed paths with. She will be deeply missed by all her friends and family.
