Paul Roy Forester passed away January 4, 2024, at the age of 70, surrounded by his wife and children in his home in Oklahoma City, OK.  Paul was born February 16, 1953 in Shawnee, OK to Virginia and Bill Forester.

He attended elementary schools in Tuttle, OK, and Dewey, OK.  He graduated from Dewey High School in 1971 where he participated in sports: basketball, football, and track.  He was a valued member of the Dewey Bulldogger football team #83.

He attended and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK with a BBA and MBA.   His career took him to several states and positions through the years including forming his own company, Hidie Hole Co., where he designed and engineered storm shelters. This took him to the Dolese Bros. Company where he retired in 2019.

Through the years Paul enjoyed sharing hunting with his father, uncle, and children. His passion was in woodworking and creating projects that he gave to family and friends. Many of which have a special place in everyone's homes and hearts.

Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Lee Nickell Forester, and his sister, Terrie Sue Howerton.

He is survived by his wife Leta Forester of 29 years;  father, Billy Paul Forester and his wife Margie of Oklahoma City; daughter, Holly McCuller and husband, Troy, of Argyle, TX; son, Matthew Forester and wife, Sasha, of Dallas, TX; daughter, Nichole Bazzani and husband, Nick, of Aubery, TX; sister, Ginger Pierce and husband, Dannie, of Newalla, OK; children in love, Meng Sun and wife Sidana of TX; Cindy Potts and husband Joel of TN; J.J. and Gerald of TN; grandchildren, Madelyn, Nicholas, Ryatt, Sophia, Josh, Kelsey, Luke, Sam, Hannah, Landon, Austin, Levi, and Jaycelyn; five great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Paul wishes to be remembered as one who strived to be the best father and husband he could be!

A private celebration of life service will be held in the near future.
