Ricky Glenn Davis "Rick" passed from this life to the next November 22, 2023 in Smyrna, TN.  He was born in Fort Smith, AR October 18, 1954.

Rick was full of love and compassion for all, possessing a huge heart for family and friends.  His affection was more than just words but also included deeds of kindness.  Rick was full of knowledge and wisdom and enjoyed sharing in long conversations whether you liked it or not.  He was a great provider for his family and God fearing with unshakable faith.  Rick would just not let people or situations get his goat.  He would say, " I'm not gonna let them know where my goat's tied!" Rick had a beloved rescue dog (like a child) named Phoebe. He loved Phoebe and they possessed a very special relationship.  Rick would tell the family if there's a fire, first thing he's doing is grabbing Phoebe, so everyone needs to find their way out!

Rick was preceded in death by his father Johnny Davis and mother Lilly Jo Davis.

He is survived by wife Becky Davis; daughters Becky Blair (Rex), Heather Miranda, Danielle Davis; son, Bryan Davis; "furry"daughter, Pheobe; brother, Donny Davis; mother in law Terri Warden; father in law, Joe Warden; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be at All Saints Episcopal Church in Smyrna, TN November 30, 2023.  Visitation will be from 5pm to 7pm and Service from 7pm to 8pm.
