Ruth Elaine Moore sadly passed away on August 5, 2022 at the age of 68.

She loved everything from family trips to the beach to Christmas dinners. Whether she was in the sand or snow she cherished the people she chose to have in her life.

She always enjoyed to escape into a good book, a favorite TV show, or a great concert. However, the thing she loved most in this world was to be a grandmother to Laynie. Their time together was her favorite and always spent with LOVE.

Elaine was survived by granddaughter Laynie Moore, son Wayne Moore, daughter-in-law Julie Moore, Mother Bettie Harvey, brothers James and David Harvey and family, cousin Becky Wade and family and all of her friends. Gigi will be missed!
