Sheila Jo Ann Welch passed away January 7, 2023 in Murfreesboro, TN.   She was born  April 22. 1940 in Peoria, IL.

Sheila enjoyed puzzles, gardening, and generally being outside with her animals.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents John and Gertrude Osborn; brother William Bryan Osborn, and  sister Shirley Vaden.

She is survived by sons Monty Welch (Frankie) and Mark Welch; grandchildren Eric Hennessee (Vanessa), Aislyn Welch, Amy Nickens, Michael Welch, Daniel Welch; great grandchildren Daniel Ray Welch Jr., Jazmine Welch, April Welch, Aaliyah Tabor, Maya Tabor, Kieran Welch, Zoi Welch, Domninique Nickens, and Sebastian Hennessee.

A celebration of life will be held a later date.
