William Charles Rich Jr. "Billy" died unexpectedly on November 27, 2021.  He was 56 years old.

Billy enjoyed shooting guns, fishing and kayaking and watching you tube videos.  Billy always had a way of making life 'more fun'.

Billy is survived by his son William Charles Rich III of Gresham Oregon, his amazing father, Bill Rich Sr. of Portland Oregon, a sister Evelyn Downey of Federal Way, Washington, a brother Edward "Butch" Downey (Becky) of Cavour, South Dakota, a sister Paulette Hall of Auburn, Kentucky, and his twin sister Fay Rich of Portland, Oregon. Several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews and many cousins.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Thomas Rich, a brother, John Rich, and a nephew Tommy Downey.

A Remembrance service is scheduled for Sunday December 19, 2021 , at White Stone Quarry Baptist Church 2764 Blue Level Road Bowling Green, KY 42101 with visitation from 2-8pm . His final resting place will be in Portland Oregon.
